The Who
We’re the people in your corner (and who know how hiring works)
The Why
Where it started
It started with friends. I'd review their resumes, run mock interviews, and tighten up their applications — and they kept landing the roles. Turns out I was good at it.
What kept coming up
Here's what I've learned: in today's market, with AI in the mix and competition tougher than ever, most people don't get to the next round because they can't communicate the skills they already have. That's the gap I close.
What happened next
I work mainly with young people and early-career professionals — helping uni students land internships, new grads land first roles, and others break into bigger companies.
And now we’re here... for you
I'm not here to create repeat customers. My goal is to teach you the skills — how to build a standout application, interview, and actually sell yourself — so you can take yourself from "no responses" to "next round" again and again, on your own.
If you're good at your job but struggling to prove it on paper, we are for you.
If you've been applying into the void, sitting in interviews and blanking, or just feeling like everyone else figured out a system you somehow missed, we are for you.
You don't need to have it together to book a session. You just need to be ready to work on it.
Sessions are one-on-one, run over video call, and last between 60 and 90 minutes.
We start by learning your story — where you've been, where you're trying to go, and what's getting in the way. From there it's focused, practical work on whatever needs the most attention right now.
But we don't just send you off and wish you luck. We check in before the big interview, debrief after the tough week, and stay genuinely invested in where you end up. Less career coach, more the friend who happens to know exactly how hiring works.
