Before Eddie coached me, I had never experienced a professional interview. The inexperience caused me to lack structure and cohesion within my responses impacting my ability to answer with clarity or confidence. After a session with Eddie, I was able to effectively use the STARL framework to respond to interview questions and draw specific examples highlighting my transferrable skills and knowledge. Eddie helped update my resume to current standards, prepared and conducted mock interviews, assisted with cover letters and clarified key selection criterias for my role. My confidence and competency immediately improved after my sessions with Eddie because he allowed me to fail and quickly learn from my mistakes.
